Due Dates for Animal Project Verification Forms

Project verification forms must be received in your local 4-H office by the required deadline:
Horse – April 10th (only needed for New England 4-H Horse Show at the Big E)
Beef and Dairy Cattle, Working Steers – May 1st
Dog, Goat, Sheep, Swine, Alpaca & Llama – June 1st
You can enter information on your animal project online to meet the verification requirement.
Go to your 4hOnline profile and click on the animal tab just to the left of the enrollment button. For online horse verification you must complete all fields and upload a front and side view picture; uploading the Coggins is optional.
Deadlines still apply so make sure to do this early to allow time for any technical glitches and to receive confirmation that the verification is complete!
DOG members only - you will need a lease form if you are borrowing someone's dog and every member needs a dog verification form.

Nominations are for the last 4-H year. Awards will be given at our annual awards night in November.
