Design a robot that will draw on a sheet of paper using a battery, motor, plastic cup, and just a few other materials! Through this challenge, youth will experiment with and learn about the engineering design process and electrical power.

This hands-on challenge guides youth through engineering a catapult to launch a marshmallow 6+ feet. Kids design the catapult with basic materials using only weights and gravity as the power source. During the activity, they learn about form, function, design, and the manufacturing process.

Plymouth County 4-H Advisory Council offers Camper-ships for currently enrolled Plymouth County 4-H Members.
Form must be submitted a minimum of 6 weeks prior to camp.
The Massachustts 4-H Foundation offers a limited number of competitive camperships. To be eligible, a camper must be from Ashland, Massachusetts or be enrolled in the Massachusetts 4-H program on or before November 15 of the previous year and must attend one of the four 4-H camps located in Massachusetts.
4-H Camp Marshall offers a limited number of partial camperships for youngsters to attend its overnight summer camp. Recipients of these camperships do not have to be 4-H affiliated. Campership requests must be submitted by May 1st, and applicants will be notified by May 15th. Located in Spencer Ma.
